IGT Hooks-Up With Inside Sportfishing
to Produce Seven TV Shows
Inside Sportfishing represents a lifetime of work. Traveling the globe, Inside Sportfishing crews strive to capture the true essence of what the sport of fishing is all about. The series is a unique fusion of sportfishing history, blended with the best skippers, crews, destinations, techniques, tackle and equipment the world has to offer. From the exotic, to the extreme, from heart-pounding action, to breath-taking and never before seen underwater images, Inside Sportfishing has produced the best fishing programming on the planet. Pete Thomas, Outdoor Editor of the Los Angeles Times writes, “Inside Sportfishing captures the very essence of sports television. Showcasing respect and love for the outdoor lifestyle. Hands down, the best fishing program on TV.”
With the reputation Michael Fowlkes, the Executive Producer/Director of Inside Sportfishing, has built, it was an easy decision to bring him and his award winning crew on-board to produce the programming for the entire IGT Mexico Tournament Series, as well as all of the activities supporting the Puerto Los Cabos World Cup event. It is our mission to produce the best sport fishing programming, so partnering with the best in the business made perfect sense. Each of our 2007 and 2008 Tournaments will be filmed for TV by Inside Sportfishing.
The IGT Mexico Series will culminate with the $250,000.00, winner-take-all Grand Championship Event in December of 2008. There will be an Inside Sportfishing TV camera on-board each of the 13 team’s boats as well as one of IGT’s Special Observers to create a very special seventh TV show.
